Offspring

Cornet du Lys' dam, Chablis du Lys, performed at the highest level in the show jumping with the German lady rider Denise Sulz. The sire of the dam is World Cup winner Champion du Lys, who in turn showed off under Ludger Beerbaum. Cornet du Lys comes out of a very strong dam line, which is also confirmed by another performer out of this dam line: Chianti's Champion. Chianti's Champion won the Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Valkenswaard in 2018 with Frank Schutter and was subsequently sold to the Irishman Peter Moloney.

The sire of Cornet du Lys is the legendary sire Cornet Obolensky who no longer needs an introduction. In addition to a fantastic career in show jumping, Cornet Obolensky has been in the top 5 of the WBFSH Show Jumping Sire Ranking for many years.
